This is part one of the true story of the boys, turned into men by this great program. It started in 1917 in the army signal corps during WWI, it later evolved into the army air service, and on June 20, 1918 evolved into the us army air forces. The navy, marine corps, and coast guard started their nav cad program in 1937. These are the men who built the air arm of this nation!
